Wow Neal, I love 2, 8 and 10!
No9's only improvement would be the horizon needs to be straight, i know you were after that, but for me landscapes have to be straight.
Cant wait to see what you do with the new gear. Any ideas as to what your going to buy?
I'm exactly the same when it comes to landscape shots! Has to be straight!! But yes in this case it just didn't work well for the situation.
Well seeing as I only use a point and shoot now, apart from when I steal friends cameras.

I'm looking at a 400d body with EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM and a EF 70-300mm F4-5.6 IS USM for starters and I'll go from there most likely... need to do a little more lens research though, as it's a new world to me!

Nice colours off the water in #9 Also is that butterfly caught in the grill?! haha or just good placement by yours truly?
Well I could claim good placement haha, just happened to be caught up in the grill the poor thing, but had to make something beautiful of it
