OK this is a Description on How to Flush ur auto trans Fluid

To tell u can do this look on the bottom of ya radiator u should have to hoses going to ya gear box or for some with external auto fluid coolers .......

OK first thing u need is section of hose and a brass joiner ,hose should be no less then 1 foot ( makes life easy)
a Bucket of some type ( note once used for trans fluid its kinda stuffed)
and also u will need the amount of fluid which goes in to ya trans

OK first thing is Jack ya car up as high and safe as possible and get it level.......
OK on the box u will have a inlet and out let hose
Pick on and hose cos it dont realy matter

get your extra bit of hose with the brass joiner in it and attach this to the hose whic u have pulled off
then start ur car and leave it in N and the trans fluid will start to pump let it pump till u think its done. usaly when its start to foam the oil thats pushed out its time to stop the car.....

Now double check that all Oil is out by using the drain plug on the Trans pan or somtimes there is a extra drain for a diff........ check in ya users Manual
.

Now re Attach the hose back to the right sport were u pulled it off

Re fill the trans fluid till it hits the cold mark on the dipstick then start ya car and run it up and down gears for a good minute thenre check to make sure its is showing on the dipstick......... then run the car till the thermo fans kick in then then re check and top up where needed

Now go back and repeat the draining and then RE-FILL
and check all fluid is up and at the correct levels..... if its over full then drain it at the trans Pan and fill it up right dont just think " Oh is kool No Big Probs" cos dam ur so wrong........ and if ur stupid to do ity then u deserver the costly bill

Now If u dont feel confident in doing this then by all means DONT DO IT
I feel i have given decent instruction on hwo it should be done
If u fuck up and come bitching cos U screwed it all up then dont blame me....... Cos dam Iam a first Year Apprentice and it took me no les then 30mins...
ALL BLAME IS ON YOU WHEN U DO THIS

Dude...good hint, but it is not a good idea to pump all your fluid out, it can root the box.
The reason this is usually dear to get done at a shop is because they way they do it and they way that is safest to your box is to put the suction line in a res of new fluid and the out line into the bucket, this uses more fluid but ensures a good flush and your trans allways has fluid in it. much better than running your fluid out.

Dude............
I work for a Subaru and Hyundai Dealer ship
Wat i haver posted is what I was told By the Master Tech IN my Shed
As long as u dont run it for stupidly ammounts of time it wont cause and damage
once the fluid has stoped then u shut it off
and The way trans fluid is priced going to workshop they Charge $200
