Just wanted to see if there is anyone having internet speed issues in the northern suburbs around this time each day.
I'm in Malak and have a 1.5MB connection - just managed a 114kb connection via http://www.ozspeedtest.com/

I've been having nothing but trouble with our ADSL lately.
we have great speeds sometimes, but times like now, it takes up to a minute to load one page! sometimes not even at all.

The slow internet is caused by a Line booster around Alice springs, It detects a couple of errors are re-routes the internet connections half way around Australia.

And since Telstra was to pov to put a proper backbone to Darwin were stuck with horrible internet and huge ping.

mostly because we dont have the proper equipment at the exchanges here and they dont want to call it the same thing because they cant guarantee performance.
