hey all, everyone's been saying drift prac nites have been pretty dead/getting boring lately.i reckon they should drop entry price to $40 instead of $50 and get some chickies in bikini's to let the cars go at the start line..its sure to pick up again then rite?

im not sure, a mate in tassie got one welded no balancing for 80bucks.. but id reckon about 250-300 would be about the price you may pay, unless you know a boilermaker/welder who can sort you out at a cheaper price.. yeah rego'ed daily.. drove it all the way from tas.. weldy n all.. now i miss the rain... some of the best drift off track tracks there...

i know what ya mean, the numbers were really down last prac. i stood there for a good 10 mins looking at an empty track.

but its not the fact that its 50$ thats stopping people commming, just the time of the year. the 5 rounds over, all the people that spend 1000's on competing in that are prob letting there wallets have a rest for a few months.

when you look at a typical day at archy
120+ for tyres
30ish for fule
10bucks for dinner after
50 for entry...
10 bucks out of a 200 buck day really makes no differance.

i say, if you have wanted to take your car out on track and havnt had the money or been too worried about making a fool of your self, nows the time to give it a go before the pracs start to pick up again.

Smaller number might annoy spectators, but archy was never meant for spectators, it is for the drivers. And less numbers = more track time for the drivers...
