TJ Hill: im located in vic 3108. it starts and drives, but is out of rego.

How long it been unregitered for? Does it need pit passing?

its been off the road for a year, and it doesn't need a pit inspection.
Its been down for a rwc check and all it needs is new tires.
i have a set of 17" chromes with 90% tires for rwc which i can give u for a bit more.

Ok well I'm still trying to sell my bike so if I get cash for it I will gladly take your silvia. Currently discussing an offer I was given for a swap for a '95 Impreza but will see how it goes mate. The S13's are what I eventually want to get. But gl with sale if you don't hear from me mate. Really nice car, would buy it right here and now if I had the cash on me atm!
