i drive past this pretty much every day with work and i think to my self all the time when i pass it some one should try and clean this place up and make some money and fun for afew people!

i heard word that ppl near archerfield complained about the noise thats all, so if its not near houses it might be ok but there is a motel next to it thats a negative cuz ppl will bitch about noise so might need approval of the motel owners to say its ok unless u just got it open during the day it will be ok and providing u dont smoke the nigga's out doing skids on track

Yes caboolture is a shithole (I live there unfortunately)... and you are wrong about the houses... there is a big housing estate behind all of that so would fail as hard as streetwarz did...
