I am in the market for an extracab hilux however a lot of what im after is above my price range

i was wondering how hard it is to change an alloy tray back to styleside.

im looking at a 2001-2004 hilux xtracab,

any help is greatly appreciated

very easy, couple of bolts, fuel filler, wire lights.

extra cab tubs are cheap as hell and all over the place too. single cab tubs are rare as though.

is there any work like welding? or is it something a relative newbie and his dad could do no worries??

Unbolt from the body mounts, disconnect lights and fuel filler remove and replace with tub.

May take a few people to lift but its easy. There's no welding, fabrication or anything.
