Gents!

In an effort to keep myself motivated, I've decided to record a log of my training over the next few months. At the time of writing this, I weigh in the vicinity of 87kg (183cm tall) and my activity level is sedentary and body tone is average.

My goal over the coming months is to dramatically increase my stamina and to tone my upper body. To achieve this goal, I hope intend to go to the gym 5 times a day week for up to an hour at a time and alternate in those days between cardio and weights using my workout builder plans.

Yesturday (2nd Nov) was the official night I started, which consisted of 15 mins of weights and 15 mins of cardio to get in to the grove of it again. To put in to perspective my current fitness level, I felt light headed after 30 mins of working out; so as you can imagine on a scale of 0 to 10 (zero been the most unfit), I'm situated at -1.

Let the hell begin.

It will only be hell to start with, then you will start to love it and wonder how you ever went without smile.gif

Have a read through some of the other threads in here, we have covered alot of topics, but feel free to ask any questions that you still have with relation to diet and training. We have some good people in here dishing out some good free advice.
