Just on the way home tonight heading southbound, in the opposite direction went a multitude of cars, a few buses, 4wd's and what not under police escort from about 15 bikes, blocking off exit on ramps as they travelled northbound towards the Gateway exit @ Springwood.

i saw bout 10 highway patrol cars 5 or 6 police bikes full on escort heading southound on the M1 this arvo near pimpama wuld have been roughly around 3 oclock or so as i was heading home from the coast with the missus, thought it must have been some big special VIP for that sort of thing to be happening

I didnt see any unmarked cars on smith street but between the cops were just 2 coaches so i doubt it would have been anyone high up but wasnt lil john on the coast over the wkend my friend went to the show!! probably in the coaches with all all the assistants
