Perhaps you are right, but caffeine is a good energy booster anyway. I have used straight creatine powders, but how do you know they are doing anything? I like the " buzz " or energy boost I get from it and I've been using it for some time now. My workouts feel better when on it.
Have you tried a similar product called Ignite II by Powerzone Nutrition? Very similar but been around a bit longer, and without the caffeine. Personally I get great results and huge pumps from it. I would have to google the ingredient list, but it's tri-creatine malate (best form of creatine) and some other non central nervous system based stimulants. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out.

caffeine is a vessel restrictor. So not only does it do nothing for you, it actually inhibits your true potential. Thats why your not supposed to take in caffine when your on creatine as it stops the creatine from doing its job.
I used to take that rubbish and noticed that my lifts went down. Stopped taking that crap, and reduced my caffine intake and guess what? Im lifting more.
Whats this rubbish I keep on hearing about "FEELING" better. If you want to feel grow a vagina, if you want to results grow a pair and lift more.

Pretty hard to say that 1 particular product made you lift less, and stopping it's intake improved your lifts. Your loss in performance could be put down to thousands of things.
Do you know how much caffeine is in No Explode? Do you know how much it takes to impede lifting ability? I don't and am simply asking you the question.
I suppose everyone is different when it comes to what works and what doesn't, but I'm continually lifting more and have used the product for quite some time now.
This is true, everyone sees different results from supplements, we are all different. Try a few out and see what works best for you.
