Basicly my best mate wants me to move out with her and she has a kid who just turned one who is my god son.
Now his father isnt around and has nothing to do with him so i would be pretty much his only male role model and a bit of a father figure.

Now everybody who knows me will say i'm not a good person for those positions in his life,

So i could either change ( if i can ) or stay the way i am but keep it hidden.

What would u do in the same situation ?

i did with my partner, her lil one was 18 months old when we first moved in ( first chikd i have lived with) and never regret it

*just be caseful that you make boundary clear with the mother/kid. its very easy to get attached to little meat bags (i know i am) and also it having the wrong idea about who you are. also yeah you and this chick are mates, but mates arnt always the best to live with. at the end of the day you arnt going to be its father...
