I have also had service issues there on occasion but other times they are awesome
Last lens I bought was from Harvey Norman they have higher prices on most stuff but will price match and usually the huys in the camera section are good...

They have service, you just need to inform the girl at the little desk the moment you walk in on what you are after then she gets a sales rep to help you when they can.
