hey
i'm looking at building a flatbed tray for me hilux and just wondering if people could post some pics of there custom trays up for some ideas, tried finding other threads but none really any good. dusnt hav to be of a hilux but just any custom trays. anything wud be helpful.

Thats mine. Painted it white yesterday, putting marine carpet on the floor and it'll be done.

timber trays look the best mate..
i was looking to get a custom tray made up too but decided im buying a tub and making it styleside

that look trick RUM46, can you put up sum piks painted? looks good. im tryin to work out how high to make the outside edge of tray, im thinkin about 75mm, don't know if that will look good, 100mm mite be to high, what you's reckon?

hey mate i used to have a old 2b lux wood tray,, gave it a sand, vanish and it came up a treat.. also u have to think if u will be doing tip runs and stuff like that which will determine if u want a show pony or practical ute..

nah i just used to have carpeted trAY and framed up a angled headboard out of 25 by 25 steel square and welded it on then pop riveted checker plate over it ill find the pic later tonight
