In 85 Bundera, has just had diesel pump screwed up for more fuel, has 2.5" right thru, snorkel etc, 120k's on rebuilt turbo and engine, whats a safe boost increase on something like this, was thinking 3 or 4 psi?

The main issue is increasing engine temp when raising boost on the 2lt....
They never had a good cooling system/head design.....

I'd place an EGT gauge into the manifold, and start knocking the boost and fuel up slowly. Most of those motors can take up to 12psi and still haul well, however, check your research.
