Hey,
im having lots of problems with my computer so im trying to back up my stuff so i can do a fresh install. I have a External HD, when i first tried using it i was geting "USB device not recognised" so i took it out of the enclosure and put it back in and it worked. I backed up some stuff and i want to back more up but im getting the "usb device not recognized" again.. I tried taking it out of the enclosure and put it back in but im still getting the error..
