As far as i'm concered, if you have to pay for that, you are wasting your money. There's nothing they will show you that you can't just search for on google or ask here or anywhere else.
It's just another marketing ploy to part un-educated people with their money.
As i've said before. The way to make a million dollars is to start a
religion health and fitness business.

As the other guys have said, it's a marketing ploy. So many people see similar to better results without having to pay, simply by educating themselves. Have a read through a few more of the threads here before you sign up to anything, some very good advice starting to kick around in here. And some of the training journals are a good indicator as to the results some people are seeing.

Thanks guys, that is it as described above, unfortunately it came in the mail yesterday LOL... told the wife to shop around as it was @$200 she did find it for $40. I started to read the manuals and watched the dvd. Was pretty funny, and now i know what its about it is a fad and there has been similar products from memory. But hey ill give it a go cant hurt right?. My issues are core and back as over the years of footy and a couple of big car acco's the back aint what she used to be, and im off the tools and have been an office boy for the last 4yrs.
