Personally I think the porche is looking a bit too blue in the photo, opinions, help etc anyone?

Nah they are that turquoisey-green. Crops are a little tight for my fancy and no panning! No sense of speed at all! (The evo shot has a little feeling).

Thinking I might start to play with appature settings to just make the car in focus and the rest a bit blurred to fix that.

I actually think your right it is a little to blue I reckon they are like a frog green in real life

Something you could easily fix in PS though...

Panning is definately the way to go but takes some practice, I recently went up to QR and had a go at it and didnt get many good shots at all sad.gif once you nail a few though its worth the crappy ones casue it gives it some action

I think my defination of panning is a bit different to both of yours. Do you mean for me to follow the car say from the corner and only take the shot once side on? Because if so I think my camera is set too fast as this only creates images such as the above.

Eg.(ignoring sun-spots)Click to view attachment Click to view attachment

Nah more like this:

Oh and take a look at Matt Mead's thread, he's fucking tops at it.
Innuendo
Yeah that's what I mean, when I 'Pan' I only get images like those I attached...So i'm assuming I need to adjust some settings as well?

Keep your shutter around 1/50 to 1/250th.. Just experiment around that region and pan from say left to right and follow the ojbect.

Remember it doesnt have to be cars. You can be creative!!

Eg) panning fish!! thats right a fish which is even harder than a car.

The Tiger image is good and the drifting Silvia is good thumbsup.gif
