I find the best way to negotiate a better price is to take a Shotgun biggrin.gif *jokes BTW*

Soz couldnt help myself, back OT now ppls wink.gif

If you buying a package of stuff from Harvey Norman though it helps to get prices on everything then ask what the best deal was (start ummmin an arghhhing) and watch the saleperson sweat as thier commision is on the line. Works for me thumbsup.gif

Geez thanks dan lol
youll Always get a better price negotiating hard than you will using staff discount....staff discounts cards are heavily monitored and not as good as you may think
i regularly sell things at prices lower tgan i can buy them myself, unfortunately thats how it works...
Get me a list od items/models and ill see what i can do

we've found that taking alist of what you want into shop A, getting their best price, and then taking it too a couple of other shops to see if they will match or better the first price and then go back into the original shop to see if they can better it again, they always will pretty much beat it for your sale, especially if your getting a large number of items.

If your really cheeky about drop a couple of hundred off the overall price every time and see how you go!! wink.gif laugh.gif
