my rear brake has no pressure going to it, at first i thought it was the master cylinder, so i bought a new one and today installed it and still have the same problem, i tested the brake line and theres no blockages or anything in it. I'm out of ideas and have no idea what else it could be, any of you guys have any thoughts. with the new master cylinder filled up, when you pump the brakes the liquid doesn't come out of the rear caliper when pumped, could it possibly be the caliper itselff??
thanks for any input

Did the brakes gradually fail, or did they just stop?
If it was a gradual fail ill say you have a blockage in the caliper somewhere, or there is a leak in the system - hence no pressure.
If they just stoped, check for a leak, due to an accident you may have had.

i bought the bike like that, i think it is the caliper as i've checked everything else and it's the only thing left
I've tried bleeding it but the fluid doesn't come out nice n strong, it just kinda spits out drips no matter how much i push that lil bleeding button thing or pump the brake lever
Thanks for the input guys

take the line off the caliper, and pump the rear brake pedal. Fluid should almost "squirt" out the banjo bolt hole. If it does, then your caliper pistons are likely to be seized. If it doesn't then your lines blocked or your master cylinder seals are shot...
