Hey guys i really wanna loss weight bad. I now weigh 98 kg's and would very like to get down to 80 kg's by the end next month. What specific foods do i eat???

Mate that would not be safe to do in that time!! 1kg - 2kg a week is safe. You have been watching to much of the biggest loser. You also need to do some exercise to get your metabolism ticking over.

I hope you're not trolling lol.

Diet alone wont shed that amount of weight unless you pretty much dont eat, and that's assuming you don't die in the process. Replace meals with veggies (garden salad stuff) and lean meat. Run.

Yeah 98kg to 80kg in 4 wks is just rediculous.

Ive lost 21kg in 11 wks and that was hard enough.

buy some hydroxy cut capsules, cut back on carbs and fats eat lean meats and vegetables , exercise, but still 4 weeks is a very short period off time and once u hit the right weight its hard to keep it there if u dont keep good nutrition and regular exercise an on going thing.

hydroxy cut capsules..not worth bottle they are packaged in I reckon. I've used a few gimmicks and they don't do shite.

18kg in 2months..Unless you are pro bodybuilder on juice and that, i don't think it's humanly possible.

The best way is to keep protein intake up, train first thing in morning when your body is in "fasting" mode, which is where you'll burn the most amount of fat, also keep your carbs down. This is exactly what I did for past 2-3 weeks and lost about 5kg. Followed my own strict diet and it just came off, mind you I busted my arse so damn doing cardio. HIIT is best for fat loss training as well(is for me)

It's pretty different from most weight loss programs as walking is the only exercise you have to do & you get to eat six meals a daybut it works a treat (my fiance lost about 35kg's on this).

for me personally i found that getting up early and riding for for an hour or so before work helped drop heaps of weight.
after a few weeks i was riding to and from work (roughly 40kms round trip) mon - friday.
i'd bust my ring riding to work making sure i had enough time to shit shower shave and eat brekkie before starting.

i dropped from 118kg to 76 in 4 months.

do some running in the mornings before you eat you will loose weight and get fit fast (when i say fast i mean over a few weeks) i know this as i have been a pro muay thai fighter for yrs and it has always worked for me
