I've met him before because he trains sometimes at the gym I go to and he is a big guy. watching him train is phenomenal.

Fuck he's a strong lad. Some stamina about him too. I wish I could do that. One day though... Soon.

if he wins he wont be the strongest man in oz.. the strongest amatuer.. its an amatuer comp..

ive got a mate competing in that comp, my moneys on him to win it..

end of the year theres a big comp on where the worlds strongest man is coming, amongst some other world strong man competitors..

theres a massive difference from amatuer to pro..

I think this is an awesome form of weightlifting, something that a lot of people should look into - main focus is on having a good back/core, something a lot of people are seriously lacking!

A guy I know from my gym is the promoter for this. He has 20 of the worlds best coming out. I"m looking forward to it.

I can't remember but there is posters up at BJ's, plus I bumped into Chris the guy promoting it a couple of months back before my injury, haven't been back there since. I'll find out over the next few days and start a thread.
