wats wrong with it? the bearing the clutch fork goes on is stuffed?

id guess the alloy bit is broken that bolts on inside the hell housing, and the throw out race slides along, thats jsut how i read it anyway

okay the boxed is fixed now so its $200.
box comes with release bearing and fork and gearlever.
what it doesnt come with is x member, speedo sender unit or tailshaft yoke.
