hey guys. i have a 2002 twin turbo Legacy B4 witch was imported from NZ, i had to get the engine rebuilt... now the engine is running fine but it will not shift out of third gear (its a semi auto) and if you manual shift into fourth it starts to sounds weird, it has been to nearly every mechanic on the gold coast for the last 7 months and now i have to pick the car up as is because no one can work out whats wrong, if anyone out there can give me any idea how to fix it it would be very much appreciated...
