As the title says....can ya still roll up to the mercury building in town and buy it a a certain time?
yeah you can, I bought it once at like 11.45pm at the little machine out the front of the factory

speaking of the mercury any V8 Vk's or VK Calais in there forgot to buy it at servo b4 /sigh
