there is $500 in the prize pool thanks to Phil Kerr Service Centre, plus 2010 season passes and Spectrum Fire extinguishers up for grabs in the burnout comp on Friday night
As well as $700 if someone pulls off a 0.400 reaction!

i will give credit where its due and say the way it was run last night was fast and efficient. Except for the additional drag cars. Jay sort that shit out. Two per meet mate not 6-8 but other than that was a great night and i had a blast. Still could not beat tess's time but did better skids yo

I am not mate. Just saying it was a good meet but there were to many drag cars. Simple as that. Not saying they dont deserve to run sponsors down the track mate but that is what fun days and shit are for. Something like that could be run closed track for half track runs with passengers etc. Just a idea.
Was not only me thinkin this as Benny and Jay both said it so yeah. As i stated was a good free flowing night all in al.

Good to hear everyone had fun. All race results are now up online and hope everyone comes back in 2010. A great mix of cars from, all different models, and all different performance levels.
PS BJ I don't recall saying anything like that, unless I've been misinterpretted. I know exactly how many were there and their reasons for why they requested to be there. Less than has been quoted.
Was good to see 22 street cars at the last competition meeting too, it goes to show a lot of people are coming out at the end of the season for a run regardless of the event.
