For anyone who is following it, who do you think will win it..

Main guys are phil heath, dexter jackson, dennis wolf, kai greene, victor martinez, jay cutler, branch warren.

I'm going cutler, heath or greene for champ. I don't see jackson winning it again, cutler has an aura about him which makes me think he's coming in with an amazing shredded body.

I watched a bit of Branch Warrens training video the other day, he is massive. I hear Ronnie is coming back out here again soon to guest pose at the IFBB Qld titles in a couple of weeks.

I kinda hope Jay wins, he is the splitting image of one of my old mates that I grew up with and trained with for many years.

Fuck me that looks disgusting but I think the bloke with the beanie holding the 55kg dumbell will win.

That's branch warren. He isn't very pleasing to the eye, so i don't think he'll win.

I was talking to my mate Liam from M & M Fitness the other day. He said he is coming out again to guest pose, and is making a comeback next year. I met him 5 years ago when he came out for the IFBB Brisbane titles. We were both standing together backstage in our posing trunks. He was talking to me right before I went on stage, I think it made me more nervous lol.

The ANB Qld titles are on today, I feel bad, was going to go and support my training partner who last minute decided to compete. He is focusing on the IFBB Qld's but thought stuff it, he is already in good enough shape, so bit of an experiment with his carb loading to see how he looks. He messaged me this morning and he was quite happy with how he looked. He should easily place at the ANB, it's probably the easier one out of the 4 main federations here in Aust. I'll definately go to the IFBB show.

And sorry, no I haven't seen any recent pics of Jay. He has always looked just not quite there for many years, hence why Ronnie always had it over him. I'd like to watch some of the footage of the O, but I'll be out all afternoon.

ANB do weight categories don't they? He would have been under 80's, his name is Kent. Turns out he only placed 5th which he is disappointed with. But different federations go for different looks. It's also why I say IFBB has the best and fairest judging, as their judges have to be accredited. It's all very hit and miss with the other 3. I'm not trying to make excuses for my friend, he has a long history of competing and does very well, he just didn't on this particular day. He only decided less than a week out to do this comp, he is still aiming for the IFBB Qld's.
