All those "web sites" (should be called advertisements IMO) are full of shit. Including this one.
Just read some of the comments, one guy claimed to see changes after 3 days...I don't think so.
Not to mention this "adam" guy looks like he's never seen a gym in his life in the before photo(although he says he's been going 2 hours a day for months on end or whatever, if he has, all he needed to do was go on a cutting diet to get the same results)

The results from that guy in the picture can easily be achieved without the use of any supplements. One of my clients once went from a fat 105kg down to a ripped 89kg with 5% body fat in 12 weeks, and he was 53 years old and competed and came 2nd in Australia for the over 50's age category. He had more muscle mass and was stronger at the 89kg than he was at 105kg. So if someone that age can do it, you young blokes have no excuse.
