I was on the way to the spit today. I entered the round a bout just before Sea World's round a bout. I was in the middle lane with CCW90 first, his GF's car second and then mine. CCW90 went, his GF went and the little Dihatsu Sirion went at the same time and CCW90's GF. Then i eneterd and was just about the leave the round a bout when all of a sudden the Sirion flew in front of me, I hit the brakes and turned to the right, but still hit her. So for the whole spit day veewhy, CCW90, his GF, Hawkey. Sallz and Reaper were sitting with me on the roadside.

I went to the Surfers Police station and made a report and they said that I wasn't at fault. Got the number, Rang NRMA and they also said that i wasn't at fault because the road rules weren't adhered to by the woman.

I JUST got my new Commodore car Wednesday afternoon.

I called the police instantly, My commodore ATE the back of her car and that is all the damage that i sustained. She ws at fault the police and NRMA said. I have it booked in Wednesday to get it assessed for damage to have it fixed. Stupid bitch that cut me off was from Germany or France or some euro country like that. Her boss that attended the scene said that she has only been in the country for 3 weeks. It was his vehicle and he is insured. Her car had to be towed away from the scene cos i bent the back tyre in and smashed the rear quarter in hahahaha.

I took my car to the NRMA assessment place in Nerang yesterday.
It is as follows:
Bonnet is repairable
Light is write off.
Bar is a write off.
Front quarter panel is a write off.
Estimated time in the workshop is 5 days.

Sort of. The 2 in front of me went, i went and between CCW's GF me going straight ahead she drove in front of me.

I just wanted to update people. This morning i put my car in at Gemini Burleigh. It is going to take 4 working days to get my car back like new with an SS bar attached and sprayed at $130 cost to me which is the difference between stock and SS.

Was she going 'straight through' (from her perspective) from a road entering the roundabout from your left as it were? Or was she turning right, to head up the road you were on? Did she indicate in any way?

The damage to her car was on the rear quarter panel and tires drivers side, she was in the left lane and turned right as going to do a U turn at the round a bout, not she didn't indicate just did the turn. This happened on Sea World Dr. The left lane that she was in was left turn and straight ahead only. My lane was straight ahead and u turn.
