Hey guys,
I am just curious if you can get recreational registration for a non-registerable dirt bike, YZ250F etc. in QLD. I have looked on the QLD Government website:
http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/Home/Regis...ional_vehicles/Just wondering if anyone knows anymore information about this? Any information would be appreciated.

From my understanding in Vic and ACT - YES I REALISE THIS ISNT QLD - if your bike is NOT able to be fully rego'ed then your bike is able to be rec regd.
Thats how they get there 2c from you. I had a CR250 which was rec regoed in Vic. I bought it like that, had a sticker and number plate and all.

YOu can get rec rego in qld but it is still illegal to ride in state forests with it. Stupid gayzor qld laws. Even with a full rego you aren't supposed to go off the main graded roads!
