First off make sure you have everything you will need.
You should have:
Gearbox
Shifter
Shifter linkages
tail shaft (series 1 is differnt to series 2 so be carefull)
Shifter surround.
Slave cylinder.
Clutch master cylinder and lines.
Spigot bearing.
Clutch and pressure plate.
Flywheel.
Manual starter motor.
Manual wiring harness.
Shifter surround.
Manual ECU (although it will run with your auto ecu)
Gearbox crossmember and mount.
All the nuts and bolts.
Manual pedal box.
Throw out bearing assy.
Once you are sure you will have everything to complete the job.
Remove your exhaust (from your front engine pipe back, dont remove your exhaust manifolds), tailshaft, convertor bolts, starter motor, bellhousing bolts, gearbox crossmember and drop your auto out. Remember to drain the fluid 1st to save cleaning up the mess.
Replace your auto wiring harness with your manual harness and ECU, fit the spigot bush to the crank, bolt up the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, fit the maunal pedal box, master cylinder and run the lines to the slave cylinder, fit the manual box and crossmember, shifter linkages, starter motor, tailshaft, exhaust, shifter and surround etc etc...
Bleed up the clutch.
Go do skids.
Im sure ive left some stuff out, its pretty straight foward though, you will work it out as you go. Just remember to line your clutch up when fitting (use electrial tape and a broom handle for backyard bogan'ness), and you have to punch out a dowel or 2 to fit the manual box aswell...
