i would love to know what all you people are restoring as most of us have their projects. like me im 14 and im on my second torana. im restoring a 78 uc and just decided to sell my old lc. so tell us about ur projects and post up some pics if u can.

BODY:slr5000 flare kit with a9x bonnet scoop and bobtail spoiler

ENGINE AND DRIVETRAIN:atm 186. will be stroked to 192. bigger cam, belt drive and stage 2 head. building a 253 for when i get my licence

INTERIOR:standard but will be retrimmed with black leather and red and black houndstouth inserts

WHEELS:not sure yet. thinking bout boyd coddington v-rods or simmons b45's

THE REST:lowered an inch or 2. hq disk brakes (all round maybe) hidden wires in engine bay.maybe subs in a custom layout in the boot and a bit more.

thats very nice, my Wb is in half a million pieces at the moment and the body is comming off the chassis this weekend.

its from out west and rust free but is just full of dust.

3.3 blue with big head and cam, triple throttle bodies on a webber manifold, i have a plenum made and am going to run a to4e turbo with a decent cooler. i want to run an aussie 4 speed as i have an old speco thomas twin gear shift for it.

commodore vn diff, with repattened front buts to run a wide set of pursuit wheels i had made.

leather interior with the car painted in silver mink, (old hk monaro colour)

Not actually restoring it as such, but our VC Commodore we have had for around 12 years or so and I try and keep it looking pretty tidy, it is sort of a work in progress, my main car is a VX SS.

I have an Lx torry, It's full of rust lol, im sick of finding more rust. I hate rust it sucks.

I'm building a '28 Ford Model A Roadster, pretty much a stripped down original car with a few upgrades like '40 Ford hydraulic brakes, a '32 grill and hopping up the '29 four cylinder (200ci) banger motor that it'll be running.

Also have my EK which has had all the rust repaired, and there was a lot of it.. its going to be getting a two door conversion one day but in the meantime its sitting in primer.

My Dad has nearly finished my brothers HR prem sedan.. few more things and it'll be on the road.

body is straight on it and its in primer. its a project car with a 173, trimatic gear box with b&m megashifter. lowered and interior needs a re-trim

My Quee Van nearly 5 year build got the original 202 with the 4 speed behind it changeing the diff to salsibury with the discs sl on front reset the rears when she comes back from panelbeaters painting it sting red going to do the tan interior slowly like i have with the car ha ha Hope you guys like seeing no one has one

me and cam-327 are not so much restoring but customizing vk commodores. cam-327 wants a 308 wagon and i want the 308 ss sedan as semi-race cars with full cages and the guts ripped outta them. they should go hard

haha yeah man just gotta get some property out near buccan/logan village/jimboomba way first. should be mad and it'll be dirt cheap for this to happen.

1979 Chrysler LC Lancer hatchback, orange in colour with 2.6LT engine ,hydraulic clutch and starion gearbox with TS magna multipoint fuel injection. Retrimmed interior and original seats.

ENGINE:Stock 4.1 L 250 Crossflow 6cly. will be adding a Aussiespeed 4 barrel manifold with a 390cfm holley, stage 2 or 3 cam, Yella Terra roller rockers, shaved head, bigger valves etc

INTERIOR:Had a glx dash and interior atm, but will be having it retrimmed in white leather and new black carpet and headlining

WHEELS:Has 12 slotters atm havnt really thought about what ill be putting on there as yet

THE REST- In the process of getting the exhaust done, thinking a extrator back system with twin pipes. waiting to here back from my local exhaust palce.
will be adding other extras like chrome mirrors, door handle surrounds, scuff plates, interior light base, and if i can find them a twin headlight grill and a GT bonnet (bonnet with the 2 flutes in it)

my 48 chev bomb lowrider im doing
i brought it as u see in the first pic from gippsland victoria of a farmer and have been doing it up as i drive it,so far it has been fully rewired and converted to 12 volt
every part of the brakes including lines hoses etc have been replaced,the rear has been changed from leaf spring to a 4 link and bagged.front is yet to be bagged this weekend
all the blackouts painted,i have sourced most parts from the us which has been expensive as hell such as the genuine fulton visor the full set of fleetline chrome stainless moulds along the sides and the front grill gaurd aswell as the swamp cooler thats hanging of the sides.the rest of the car will also be painted soon the same colour as my impala which is a champaigne gold,thanks

I am doing up a lh torana it has slr flares, a9x scoop it is red and black, 9 inch diff 4.11 31 spline centre.

8 inch convo pro mags for front getting 10 inch for back and skinny front runners for drags.

just got a 2 speed glide.

have a 304 with harrop high rise manifold, which is a stroker clearance block, will get it stroked early next year.

the car has been mod plated for engine conversion, gearbox, brakes and diff just need mod plated for turbo or super charger.
