Hi guys.

I went skydiving 2 months ago, had to weigh myself in order to jump... weighed 109kg which prompted my journey

I have been going to the gym for about 8 weeks now.

Did strict cardio for the first 6 or so weeks, past two weeks I have been doing weights also.

So far I've lost about 16kg so I am happy with my results

My workouts consist of;
  • Monday - Cardio
  • Tuesday - Cardio + Legs + Shoulders
  • Wednesday - Cardio
  • Thursday - Cardio
  • Friday - Cardio + Chest + Tri's
  • Saterday - Rest (usually play footy)
  • Sunday - Cardio + Abs + Back


My diet I don't focus too much on to be honest, I eat regularly, and healthy, and my weight loss is an indication of this.

The photos are of me on September 1 2009 at 96kg I believe.

As of 13/9/09 I am 92.5kg.

Lost about 500grams this week! Haha.

Didn't do much cardio though, mostly weights this week so I'm happy.

A loss is a loss!

Been doing ALOT of cardio this week, hoping for between and 1-2kg loss.

FINALLY reached 90kg, after losing 2kg this week..

This brings my total loss to 19kg since 1=July 19th.

I'll get more pics up on Oct 1.

I'll see how i feel/look at 85kg... no less than 80kg though.

I'm going to be doing more & more weights after 85kg.

Fucking amazed by the results... Only been 6kg since last lot of photos, I now weigh 90ks.

I want to get to 85 then start toning. Any ideas?

when u do cardio what do u usually do? trying to loose weight quickly aswell.

Run for 10mins Bike for 20mins Stairmaster for 10mins

I also do 10kg elevated situps between each machine.

If you dont push yourself no point going

As I wont be going to the gym all weekend (long weekend!) I figured I'd just weigh myself today... Weighed 89kg which means...

I've lost 20kg so far!!

Absolutely wrapped.

Awesome to hear mate! I'd be putting more time into putting some muscle so you don't end up looking like a meth user once you lose a lot of weight - I've been there tongue.gif I lost 25kg over 6 months or so and looked absolutely fucking ridiculous.
Some very useful exercises I've found are burpee's (great for cardio), piston presses, man-makers (living hell), lizard walks and squats-into-military-presses (not sure of the proper name for these). Maybe throw one of these into every night you go to the gym and see how it treats you.

Had a weird week so far... Drank alot and ate a pizza only went to the gym 3 times and I've lost a Kilo

21kg lost in total since 17th July.

Even though I don't always post, I'm reading these daily. And one of the best things I have noticed in you, has been a change in your attitude. The more results you are seeing, the more it's spurring you on. You're doing well champ, and it's great to see all the encouragement you have been giving to others.

No gym for the next two weeks, moving house means little funds and my membership ran out.

Still going for 45min runs every after noon though, I feel fucking great too!

absolutely LOVE getting fit and its addictive. the more I do the more i WANT to do.

Did 8x28kg single arm row yesterday feel the burrrrn.

Will be getting back into cardio in a fortnight still want to lose 8 or so kilos.

Been doing mostly weights, havn't weighed myself had a pretty ruogh trot the last few wks!

Most likely weigh 89/90kg...

Can now Deadlift 80kg
Bench 62kg

Will start cardio again next mon, I want 80kg.
