Righteo chaps,

This forum-goer feels it a splendid idea to share with other fine gentlemen and ladies of ones own excercise regime, accompanied by details of supplementary health and general well-being.

As of the time creation of this post, Your author is exerting approximately 112,000 grams of pressure upon this grand Earth, along with a resting heart rate of approximately one point zero eight three hertz (or alternatively, sixty five beats per minute).

As one can observe in these digitised images of this your humble narrator, it is rather apparent that one is not of prime physical shape.

At present, excercise consists of the commute daily to university, which is estimated at six kilometres, and an evening foot sojourn of between five and ten kilometres.

When finances permit, this gentleman aspires to gain membership with a fitness gymnasium, to further assist in muscle development.

Good day chaps!

Post script: It is rather obvious that the cranial filaments are in need of a good trim.
