riggaz
I go to the gym every single day except saterday.
I'm 21
My leg press probably isnt too much to boast about as I do cardio mainly.
I go for about 60-90mins a day usually broken up morning/afternoon.
VTR
Attend average of three to four days per week @ the moment with sessions being one hour.
GreekWarrior
excluding warming up, if your there for more than an hour your wasting your time, for weight training anyway.

but everyones different, some people respond better to a longer less intense workout, others a shorter hard one.

I try to keep it under an hour, which means I only get about 3-4 exercises in if I'm lucky

leg press, the most I've ever done was around 500kg around the end of high school, then I stopped and dont do it anymore, only squat now
riggaz
I usually mix cardio/weights during my 30/60min sessions so im not stuck on 1 machine.
B Unit
1 hour a day for usually 5 or 6 days a week for weight sessions only. No leg press records here, one mans 1000kg record is nothing without proof of full range of motion reps.
bunit99
i go 4 days a week.
used to go 6 days but im trying to put weight on so cut down on the sessions
so im not burning everything off that im trying to put on
and i spend about 1 hr to 1hr 30 each day but mainly coz i talk alot.
riggaz
I leg pressed 140kg today x12 reps, could probably go to 200kg
Darkness
I used to go 4-5 days a week, normally 45min weights and 1/2 hour cardio.

3 days a week for the 5x5 but I do cardio on the other days. I'm 23
I don't use the leg press, In fact I don't use any machines for the compound exercises, there's no point unless you have a screwed back.

My session last just over an hour, that includes warm up's stretching.

4-5 times a week depending on how late I have to stay back at work. Usually 60-70min sessions.
Don't do leg press. My leg workouts include squats, walking lunges, calf raises and leg curls.

my sessions go for about an 90 minutes but most of my sessions i squat, over head press, row, bench and deadlift. im 25 and i go about 3-4 times a week do as little as cardio as possible in order to build up some strength.

Damo
6-7 days a week...

3 days of weights and 3-4 days of cardio.

No longer than 1hr each time for weights and only 30mins or so for cardio
532MAN
12-13 days per fortnight. Approximately 70-100 minutes per resistance workout ( always Chaser sets ) with protein supplementation during and post workout. .

No leg press stats here.

5 times a week for an hour, with 20 minutes of low intensity cardio afterwards. And the other two days are low intensity cardio.

Max leg presses, just like max anything else aren't worth a pinch of shit. Do 4 sets of 8 - 12 and i'll be impressed. That being said, that's still a lot of weight.

I'm going 3-5 days a week depending on work/uni, I do around 40 minutes each time, mainly weights, but I'm yet to figure out a good routine. I'm 18. I'm not interested in max weights I just stick to 120kg for leg presses and do 3 sets of 20 reps.
aufalcon140
4 days a week for max 1 hr each session. dont have leg press machine so just do squats. and i dont do any cardio, just weights
nferno
was going 3 times a week but not atm. To many niggling injuries

Leg press is a waste of time, it is no true test of strength.
