ok so this weekend has been a massive clean up at my place, and i found a couple of sets of ankle/wrist weights... a pair of 500g weights and a 2kg pair....

what do you mob think of the benefits of wearing them non stop at home? cos i wore them all day today and i can definitely feel them working my arms and legs smile.gif

Hi use them all the time in my Rehabilitation exercise programs such as rotator cuff exercises and also ware them doing Karate such as lower and inner outer and upper blocks for speed in Katas like Basa Dai and Tiki Katas and plyometric exercises weights around ankles and this is for power training.

Plyometrics.

Tuck Jumps
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, with arms at sides.
2. Jump up bringing knees up to chest.
3. Land on balls of feet and repeat immediately.
4. Remember to reduce ground contact time by landing soft on feet and springing into air.

cheers.

definitely gonna make your legs/arms stronger. But after a while your body's gonna adapt to the extra weight, so you'll probably have to run around your house if you wanna keep getting stronger lol.

I used to use them while boxing. Worked great!
