Hey guys,
My girlfriend has a 1984 TG Gemini that she wants to restore as the motors seized up in it (done 300 000 and wasnt looked after by the looks of things).
-Theres a fair amount of rust in the door sils where the door hinges are on the front.
-Battery tray is rusted although not sure how bad it is, might only just be surface rust.
-Boot has some rust in it.
-Motor has seized.
-Needs new paint on most panels + some high fill required as there are a few dings in it
Its currently off the road while shes driving her other car (Hyundai Getz...) so I was wondering where I should start? Should we take the motor/box/exhaust etc out and at the same time neaten all the wiring up while the engine bay gets some rust cut out of it or is it just easier to work around the engine and then after its all done swap the engine?
