when ya loose ya licence and pay the fine, how long would u say it takes for them to send you a letter that you've lost it or whatever happens.
2-3 weeks since paid fine and nothing yet?

You should have it by now, I got a fine, chose the payment options and the letter came within the week

14 days at most.
You should already have it. Go into a Customer Service Centre with your licence and ask.
