my comp freezes at the xp loading screen with those little blue dashes.

i figured out that i needed to disconnect the cords running into my usb ports (such as wireless net and wireless keyboard/mouse, then it works again, and i plug the cords back in on boot up

just wondering why is does that?

it doesnt do it all the time, it will work on a rare basis though
