ok guys i started my cutting diet today,
basically i was going to cut bread out all togother,
but was wondering whats the differance between sough dough bread and multigrain bread?

Sourdough is pretty good for you. It's easy to digest and the process of making sourdough breaks down the nutrients making them easier for the body to get hold of.
Apparantly there are sourdough multigrain breads available.
I think the only difference is in the way it's prepared before it's cooked, it is a rye based bread as opposed to a yeast one.
