Before and After of yours truly, the boring test dummy.

SR33
Beautiful vibrant colours!!
Method
No tricks here. No photoshop. The red glow is from the taillights of my car and the sky is "as is".

SR33
Beautiful milky way shot. Nicely done smile.gif

Not to sure if the red works.
Nick_
Yeah the red is a little full on but the sky is freaking unreal.
Method
I agree the red saturated road (and hot spot) is a little distracting. I played around with the image a little and desaturated the red road, but it didnt have the same impact.

Here is another I took on the same night, however I have edited this photo - I like the dark ominous look and it gives me a sense of vertigo.

I did and was wondering where the 5Dmk2 came from! I thought he was a 30D or 40D shooter.

Ive had the 5d2 for quite some time now. I went from 350D to 50D. Had the 50D for a month because it was shit and now im rocking out with the 5d2 thumbsup.gif
dano4127
when you say shit, was it more that it wasn't a big enough jump from the 350?

No, it was soft. Really soft. ISO3200 on the 5d2 has less noise than ISO100 on the 50D. Maybe I had a dudd? But its not the first time Ive heard people say they are soft.

soft in the core. There's actually 40D enthusiasts now, they reckon the 40 is the best prosumer to date.

Cause everyone's already got one! They just never moved on to the 50.

Used the movie mode Method?
Method
I sure have. It takes some funky video (depending on what lens you use).
