I go to the gym quite regularly, my friend does come occasionally which is usually more fun but i find i dont work as hard when she's there lol. The only way i stay motivated is to look at my goal and make sure i relax afterwards. I usually do aqua aerobics (spelling) about twice a week (sounds a bit gay and old ladyish but its fun so it makes it easier to do) after that i will relax in the spa or steam room for a while before heading home. Otherwise i will jog on the treadmill for about half an hour, cross trainer about 15mins and do some rowing or ride a bike depending how much of a rush im in, stretch and go home.
Definately invest in an ipod to keep her entertained

. I try not to do anything i will get bored of and try to change what i'm doing each time i go to keep me interested. I would love to go to more classes but unfortunately by the time i get there from work most of them have already started.
Also, im not sure about her but the biggest problem i had when i started at the gym is i felt heaps insecure lol like everyone was staring at me lol make sure she knows everyone is there to work out and no one is there to judge, ur not there to impress people, its not a competition

She will find if she sticks to it though when she starts to see results, the results will motivate her
