So the ps3 is a pos as well. I learnt my lesson with games consoles way back when PS2's first came out. This is why I would never buy another games console (Sony or XBox), unless it was made by nintendo, and that is only because nintendo make alot of cool games that arent available on any other platform.

My PC cost $850 incl a 22" full HD 1920x1080 monitor, and it can play crysis, farcry 2 and GTA 4 on high settings at full 1920x1080 res, as well as surf the net, email, msn and download shit. Why would you spend $500 for a brand name on a shitty box that can only do half the shit at half the quality of my PC and breaks all to the time. And PC has the advantage of being able to easily mod the games when you get bored playing them smile.gif

Bogantaxi :

Or........... acquire all platforms : $5300 PC that can play anything on absolute max settings, and for the fun of it a Wii, PS3 and Xbox360.

= Never be bored at home again !

One thing PC doesn't have : Guitar Hero World Band + MetallicA !

PC still the best though.

Here are just a few reasons why I bought this generations consoles:

- Gears of War 2
- God of War 3
- Forza 2 and 3
- Alan Wake (theyve stopped work on the PC version, shelved indefinitely)
- Rock Band and Rock Band 2
- Guitar Hero Metallica
- Halo 3
- Project Gotham Racing 3 and 4
- Splosion Man
- Shadow Complex
- Little Big Planet

good luck playing them on a PC (which I have too). Any serious video game fan wont limit themselves to just one platform.

Oh and I dont have to worry about upgrading, or 'will my PC play this game on high settings?' - i put them in, they play the best they can.
