I eat bannanas all the time, probably the best fruit you could possibly have nutrition wise. The average banna has 400mg of potassium, which is about 10% daily intake for the average person. There is definatley no harm in eating 2 a day.

avg 27 grams of carbs (14g from sugar)

Oh, and they are great for snacks becasue they make you feel full-ish.

Yeah, i love making smoothies/shakes. If it wasn't such a PITA to clean out the blender everytime I would have them more often.

Mash up a banana with a little bit of a ripe avocado, then add honey. Tastes interesting, but is the best hit of natural energy you can get.

Stick mixers are awesome for that. You can drink the shake from what you've mixed it in, plus you just give the mixer blades a buzz in soapy water after mixing it then disconnect the bottom from the motor and wash it properly with the rest of the dishes later on.

Avocadoss give the highest testosterone boost out of almost any food. Cutting them in half, removing the seed then spooning in tuna chunks and some sweet chilli is good too.

Green apples are a better fruit to eat, have a better GI index, more fibre also.

Don't they cause constipation?
