just wondering there has been a bit of talk about eating bananas regularly through the day for dieting...and apparently its had results....just wondering though arnt banana's full of carbs? just dont want to be including banana's in my diet if im gonna start bloating up as ive cut down on the cardio and focusing on more heavy lifting now...

I eat bannanas all the time, probably the best fruit you could possibly have nutrition wise. The average banna has 400mg of potassium, which is about 10% daily intake for the average person. There is definatley no harm in eating 2 a day.
avg 27 grams of carbs (14g from sugar)
Oh, and they are great for snacks becasue they make you feel full-ish.
