All of our Carbon Fibre products are made completely of Carbon Fibre (many of the cheaper 'Carbon Fibre' Panels for sale are actually made of a mix of Carbon Fibre and Fibreglass.

To give you an idea of the weight saving a Standard R32 door weighs 36kg. Our Fibreglass doors weigh 4kg and carbon fibre doors weigh 2.1kg.

Carbon guards weigh approx 600grams.

Each part is made one at a time from the moulds we have in supply.

We also make custom wings designed specifically for each car. The aero profiles were desigened by a now head of aero development for Renault F1.
One wing profile available creates 100kg of downforce at 100kp/h.

These are suitable for AWD, RWD and FWD cars with benefits being apparent for all drive train types.



This particular TVR dropped over a second around Pukekohe just after the addition of this wing. Bang for buck not much can beat a well designed wing for lowering lap times.

We don't have any moulds of that nature but at the moment we are just about to organise a group buy on SAU for R33 GTR doors, If you can find a couple of other people who are willing to put some money down for the same bonnet (they will both cost the same, you just need to decide which design you would like) we can design the mould and have them made to suit.
