Buy a HD4870 instead of that 9800GT, it outperforms two 9800GT's in SLI.
Go with DDR2 800Mhz instead, it's cheaper.
Phenom II X3 720 > 9750 X4.
Even then, you probably wont be playing comfortably with all settings high.
