Hey all,

I am going to start doing my old group training regime from when I was playing footy/surfing.

This is a great allround fitness workout with good results (about 20 or 30 of us used to do it twice a week)

I am thinking we will do it at the park just down from the taringa shops next to the lights on moggil road.

Basically it is a 1.5 to 2 hour session of a run to warm up, push ups, situps, a lot of core strenth work, then some shoulder burns. Followed with a stretch, boxing (sparring) then a final stretch. A really good workout and will get you fit for summer.

This will be a great way to meet new people and will be a lot of fun!!

Don't be scared if ur not too fit because I haven't done this in about 6 months so am rusty too!!

Anyway I am thinking meet at about 6 15pm on mondays and the same time thursdays if your keen.

Any questions ask here, it is free, just bring a lot of water, and a sweat towel (full size).

If it was a touch further north i'd be really keen, bit far away though......i do have a motorbike though sooo...maybe.
