Just giving everyone a heads up ALDI (our favorite foreign supermarket)
is selling Motorcycle helmets for $89 each for this week only (starting 30 July).
personally I wouldn't use it much more for than drifting out at archerfield or something small.
But apparently the meet Aus and NZ 1698 certification. + they look pretty cool.

Most of Aldi's gear is rebadged from original manufacturers.
EG, their 4x4 winches are rebadged Warn winches but almost $800 cheaper.

yeah for drifting they would be fine you dont go fast enough out at archerfield to need a BELL carbon fibre helmet
if you look in this weeks catalogue they have pics there.
HSV is right I bought a home gym from ALDI Crane sports it is called came with the instructions to put togeather a YORK home gym (which was the same) which you buy from A-Mart all sports for $400 more expensive.
Ive tried their energy drinks tastes just like RED BULL, Ive tried their chocolate bars tastes just like a MARS bar, Ive tried their chocolate spread and it tastes just like Nutella.

if it makes any difference, my mate works at Berri Juice. They pack the exact same juice in BLACK&GOLD (cheapo) as they would do in Berry. So your pretty much just paying for the Brand Name. if you's know what i mean

personally i wouldnt even use one of those as a door stop...but thats just me
It probably meets the aussie standards like my 103year old great grandpa is still legally allowled to drive
dude, testing has been done and most $50 helmets are just as safe as your shoei $500 helmets, they will both protect you the same, often tho the more expensive models have find or air vents which grip when you flying across the bitumen and make you more likely to break ur neck

by all means, wear a $50 helmet to protect your head then.
there is a reason $1000 helmets are $1000, and it sure as hell isnt because of the brand name.
