when you look at them and can actually see them have you just done exercise using those muscles? have you just woke up or is this late in the arvo/night? muscles get slighlty bigger/more noticeable if you've just given them a work out

Thing is, I don't work out. AT ALL.
I just got out of the shower today and i'm like phwoa that's different lol. They have been getting better the last week but yet i've not been training at all.

At what point in a persons physique do you classify someone as having muscles?

^^probably because you've been using them all day, when you wake up in the morning take a look and they should be much less visible
