Hi guys I'm just sick of vista.

Every game I buy i have to google serach how to run it due to vista errors and I'm over it.

Any quick fixes to go back to XP?

And that is one of the reasons y people hate Vista, another reason why they are working on Windows 7.


to go back to XP legally, you would have to buy a copy of XP, and install xp. Make sure you do a backup of your computer as all the files will be gone as it will format the hard drive.

Then you might want to check hardware compatibility with XP. If you have XP SP3 then it shouldn't matter too much but with SP2, Windows might not recognise chipsets and some newer hardwares.

some new laptops and pc's come with downgrade disks now days. see if u can get ur hands on ur (mite not work)
or just format and reinstall...

id say the biggest problem with downgrading to xp would be ram usability. just have a search. see wat u can figure out. or try find a 64 bit version of windows xp

do you have a sata hard drive?

if not you will need to make a disk with all your sata drivers intergrated into the xp sp2 disk or and windows xp3 disk.

i had to do that with my toshiba laptop that came with vista.

and when it was installed. it ran slower, lagged more. it was shit.

so i just installed xp extreme R2
