LOL. i got a mate who got taken out by a undercover on a roundabout, it was the cops fault and surprisingly cop took the blame aswell

was in a maxi taxi headin into the valley one night and was hit on the side by an unmarked police car. White, 4 door toyota hilux with tray and toolbox. we gave the cabbie $20 and bailed.

Even if the officers car was on the wrong side of the road, if it had lights and sirens activated (which it would if traveling on the wrong side of the road) then the P Plate driver that hit him is at fault.
And it would have been in the St George area i assume judging by the fact that the car involved is.
